Machrihanish Airbase Community Company (MACC) is delighted to announce the opening of the Charitable Giving Fund 2025 for applications. The fund has been designed to create a fair and transparent process to MACC’s donation policy.
To date MACC has awarded over £105,000 in donations to local good causes. Registered Charities based or operating in the PA28 6 postcode are welcome to apply. Applications will be judged against predetermined criteria set down by the MACC board, applicants must demonstrate alignment with MACC’s charitable purposes, namely;
• Managing community land and assets for community benefit
• Sustainable development
• Community development and regeneration
• Development of projects of particular benefit to the young and/or disadvantaged groups
• Projects that provide majority of benefit to the people of the PA28 6 area
